Description/Blazon
On a black shield-shaped embroidered item with a semicircular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) chamois border; four 3/16 inch (.48cm) conjoined diagonal bands from upper right to lower left scarlet over white over ultramarine blue over green. The Beret flash was approved on 11 Jun 1991.
